Catalog description

Development, design and evaluation of science curriculum and instruction, including the health sciences, environmental education including resource conservation, and concepts of physical education. Theory, methods and models specific to the fields are used to evaluate curriculum and select standards-based learning targets, design inquiry-based instruction, plan for the assessment of student learning. This course meets the statutory requirements of PI 34.022(2). This course includes a 10 hour field experience.
