The course facilitates students’ transition into the college environment and fosters a sense of belonging among students. The course covers essential topics such as finding meaning, goal setting, career exploration and professionalism, time management, academic success skills, and problem solving. Through active participation, self-assessment, reflection, and collaboration, students develop an understanding of college expectations and resources, are empowered to set personal goals and devise strategies for academic, professional, and personal growth throughout their college journey.
