Patient Care in the Radiologic Sciences

Catalog description

Corequisite: RAD 312, RAD 313, RAD 314 This course provides the student with concepts of patient care including considerations of physical and psychological conditions. Routine and emergency patient care procedures will be described; especially those that directly affect personnel and patients in the Radiology Department concerning X-ray procedures. Pharmacologic issues related to Radiology will also be discussed.
