Prepare for the CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification exam as many positions in IO Psychology require project management experience and/or a PMP certification. The course covers initiating projects, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing projects. The last week of the course includes the CAPM certification exam.
