Overview of Program Evaluation theories, concepts, and techniques to evaluate program effectiveness in a variety of private- and public-sectors. The focus of this course will be on formative and summative evaluation, logic models, and understanding indicators and measures, steps, and standards of program evaluation and how to address common concerns.
