Catalog description

Organizational Development is responsible for the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to facilitate professional development to support the organizational performance and growth. This course will cover conflict management, talent management, change management, effective design and analyzation of organizational surveys, and professional and organizational development from the results of such surveys.
