Corequisite: NRS 400, NRS 430 Exploration of nursing leadership among health care organizations, providers of care, reimbursement systems, and health care policy and regulation. Through an analysis of nursing's impact on quality, cost, and access to care, the student will discover how a professional nurse's leadership affects patient outcomes.
