Catalog description

Field based exploration of projects from creation to completion. Learners will engage in work-related activities designed to broaden their approach as learners and leaders. The first phase will allow learners to select the project that adds value to their current organization or to a firm they aspire to assist. The implementation phase takes theory and puts it into practice while creating a monitoring system. The final phase evaluates and concludes with a recap of learned lessons and future application possibilities.
