Study of operations management and its importance as the support for many organizations in today's global economy. Beginning with an overview of understanding operational structure and cultures, this course will prepare learners to comprehend and implement change through the operational work stream. Whether a product or service, learning about supply chain and inventory management will prove essential for managers. Finally, helping leaders better understand strategic and tactical approaches from an operational lens will develop skill sets needed for continuing sucess in organizational settings.
