Catalog description

Develops capacity to comprehend and manage the impact of ambiguity and unpredictability experienced by organizations. Examine two models of theory and practice for developing and managing yourself and others in the organization through design and systems approaches to managing complexity in organizations. Examines and defines commitments and counter-commitments to change; applies tools to support collaborative design and prototyping; develops a plan for skilled independent practice in the current work environment.
