Overview of how to lead team in today's society. Starting with an examination of the global economy and narrowing the scope of leading teams through influence and negotiation, this course will assist the learner in developing techniques for successful application of learned strategies. With new emphasis on acting responsible and ethically, this course will encourage and equip leaders to understand and implement positive changes in the workplace.
