Integration of literature across the curriculum to develop critical thinking, social literacy, and inquiry skills. Develop an aesthetic and critical response to literature, experiencing a breadth of genres and constructing creative ways to teach with literature. Emphasis placed on skills needed to appropriately select, assess, and plan instruction.
