Catalog description

This course focuses on motor skill development and motor learning from early childhood through adulthood. Discussions include motor development theories, aspects that affect motor competence in young children, and the acquisition of sport skills in adulthood. Some attention is given to perceptual-motor development and sociocultural factors that influence skill development in physical education.
