Catalog description

Sound Studies Review (SSR) is a peer-reviewed international music journal housed in the department. This course presents an introduction to the elements of journal editing within the context of working at SSR. Students will be required to attend editorial workshops and show a high level of understanding of the pre-printing process. Upon completion of the workshops, students will be given the task of communicating with authors and publishers of books for review.
