Includes review of current hazardous waste regulations, groundwater and air contaminant fate and transport concepts, and risk assessment. Primary focus on the treatment processes including air stripping of volatile compounds, bioremediation of contained aquifers and soils, and incineration. Emerging treatment technologies will also be presented. Spring.
