Catalog description

Artificial intelligence is advancing rapidly, performing well-defined tasks and integrating into nearly every industry. This course explores whether artificial intelligence can achieve human-like general intelligence by exploring core principles of human behavior and cognition. Students will study key topics include vision, audition, language, learning, emotion and social cognition, creativity, and consciousness, applying their knowledge in a final group research project.
