Quantitative laboratory studies of operations such as fluid flow, filtration, heat transfer, mass transfer and fluidization which illustrate the fundamentals of momentum, heat and mass transfer. Laboratory safety, technical writing, and oral presentation skills are emphasized. Four hours of laboratory, field trips. Fall. Prerequisites: CHML 208 , CHML 305 , CHML 306 , CHML 321 , CHML 339 .
