This course provides leadership development and pedagogical training for peer mentors serving in the First-Year Success Seminar. Students will explore leadership theory, mentoring practices, inclusive teaching strategies, and student development concepts through applied learning experiences. Emphasis is placed on relationship-building, communication, classroom facilitation, and creating inclusive environments that support first-year student success.
