Catalog description

This course is designed to provide the elementary education major with planning and instructional strategies necessary for exemplary language arts, social studies and science instruction in the classroom. Attention will be made to those strategies that might be used for integrated instruction as well as instruction of each area as separate and distinct disciplines. Teaching majors must earn a C or higher to meet the teaching program expectations. Prerequisites: EDUC-341 and EDUC-354. Fall.
