Molecular Biology

Catalog description

Molecular biology is the study of life at the molecular level. This course will examine biomolecules interactions, structure, and functions in the process of life. Students will explore how molecular structure dictates biological function, the regulation of gene expression, and the acquisition of energy at a cellular level. During this course, students will improve their organization, critical thinking, and communication skills by distilling complicated molecular topics into oral or written summaries.
