Catalog description

This course necessitates intermediate/advanced-level musical performance instruction in a group setting with concurrent private instruction on a specific instrument or voice. Progressive development of skills and knowledge is needed for solo performance, auditions, and transfer. Musical achievement is evaluated through a juried performance. Recital participation is required. Primarily for Music Majors. PREREQUISITE: Audition required. ADVISORIES: Concurrent enrollment in MUS 31, MUS 33, or MUS 38. (A, CSU, UC) (C-ID MUS 160)
