Catalog description

This class is the second in a two-semester series that covers Calculus I. This course is linked with a corequisite section to support students with precalculus review. Topics include limits, differentiation and integration of polynomial, exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions, analytic geometry, curve sketching, and applications. Together, Math 75A and Math 75B equal MATH C2210 (Formerly Math 5A (Calculus I)). PREREQUISITES: Mathematics 75A. COREQUISITES: Mathematics 275B or 375B. ADVISORIES: English C1000 or C1000H. ANTI-REQUISITE: Not open to students with credit in MATH-5A. (A, Cal-GETC, CSU, UC)
