This course provides an introduction to mathematical problem solving in diverse areas of contemporary life such as statistics, social choice, measurement, and management science for students in the arts, humanities, and social sciences. PREREQUISITES: Mathematics 103 or equivalent. ADVISORIES: English C1000 or C1000H. (A, CSU, UC)
