Maintenance Welding

Catalog description

Students will learn how to utilize their welding skills to repair and build projects as required by factory maintenance personnel. This course incorporates SMAW, GMAW and OAW as the welding processes, and the cutting processes of PAC and OAC. Fundamental machining and fabrication techniques will be presented, as well as adherence to industry safety regulations. (A, CSU) ADVISORIES: MATH-45 AND ENGL-1A or ENGL-1AH
