Low-Intermediate Reading, Writing, and Grammar

Catalog description

This is an integrated reading, writing, and grammar course designed for English as a Second Language (ESL) students to develop literacy skills at the low-intermediate level. Students learn to write organized paragraphs on familiar topics. Students increase reading comprehension and vocabulary by reading stories, articles, and novels on high interest topics and themes. ADVISORIES: ESL 211 or ESL 311 or placement through an approved multiple-measure process.
