Low-Intermediate Reading, Writing, and Grammar

Catalog description

This is an integrated reading, writing, and grammar course designed for English as a Second Language (ESL) students to develop literacy skills at the low-intermediate level. Students learn to write organized paragraphs on familiar topics. Students increase reading comprehension and vocabulary by reading stories, articles, and novels on various high interest topics and themes. ADVISORIES: ESL211 or ESL 311 or placement through an approved multiple-measure process.
