Catalog description
This is an integrated reading, writing, and grammar course designed for English as a Second Language (ESL) students to develop literacy skills at the high-beginning level. Students learn to write basic paragraphs on familiar topics. Students increase reading comprehension and vocabulary by reading stories, articles, and novels on various high interest topics and themes. ADVISORIES: ESL 310 or placement through an approved multiple-measure process.
