Methods and principles of supervising student teachers, volunteers, staff, and other adults in early care and education settings. Emphasis is on the roles and development of early childhood professionals as mentors and leaders. PREREQUISITES: CHDEV 37A or22 courses and the student is currently in a supervisory position is recommended but not required. ADVISORIES: English C1000 or English C (A, CSU)
