This course analyzes and explores basic phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, variation, and historical change of ASL. The course will be taught in ASL. PREREQUISITES: American Sign Language 2 or equivalent skills as determined by an instructor of American Sign Language. (A, CSU, UC)
