Prerequisites: BIO201, BIO202, ENG101, MTH100 or higher, PSY210, SPH106 or SPH107 This course focuses on application of nursing concepts to assist health care professionals to transition into the role of the registered nurse. Emphasis in this course is placed on evidenced-based clinical decision making and nursing concepts providing in a family and community context for a variety of health alterations across the lifespan.
