Theology Internship

Catalog description

Semester-long internship in a context that allows for theological integration (examples include churches, faith-based social services, hospitals or hospice, parochial schools). Students are expected to work approximately 7-8 hours per week for a total of 120 hours with an additional 30 hours used for reading, writing, and meeting with their faculty supervisor. Students are supervised on site in addtion to meeting with a supervising faculty member. <i>Students may earn no more than three credits from internships toward the theology major or minor. Students are responsible for securing the internship site prior to the start of the semester.</i>
