Practicing, full-time teachers of record continue to develop their professional skills under the supervision and mentoring of Loyola Clinical Faculty and in conjunction with school and district-based support teams. The candidate engages in tasks designed to build an understanding of the school community, increase formal lesson planning skills, encourage collegial collaboration, and develop reflective and transformative thinking. The accompanying seminars provide support for these tasks as well as forum for discussing additional elements of effective teaching. <i>Pass/Fail</i>
