Catalog description
Application of psychological principles to the work environment. Students attempt to understand and predict human behavior in organizational settings through the scientific study of individual and group processes as well as organizational structures and functions. Demonstrates the role of applied psychology in the recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, and promotion of applicants and employees. <i>Fulfills social science core and Group VI requirement.
