Develops principles and management techniques needed to successfully complete projects. Utilizes technology to assist in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing a project. Discusses the human costs of change and disruption associated with new projects. Students have the opportunity to apply their acquired skills and knowledge to real projects. <i>Recommended completion during the junior year. IMC</i>
