Catalog description
Provides an environment for practicing leadership skills taught in the classroom and hands-on training with military equipment. Provides an environment for practicing leadership skills taught in the classroom and hands-on training with military equipment. Outcome-based training simulating military operations and public speaking are used as the vehicle for feedback-delivery and development for students in the leadership categories of character, presence, intellect, leads, develops, and achieves. Cadets apply, analyze, and evaluate military science course knowledge by prioritizing, planning and preparing, executing, evaluating, and assessing training during this lab. <i>Students who have declared intent to be a cadet in ROTC must take this lab to fulfill ROTC's semesterly leadership lab requirement. (Pass/Fail)</i>
