Catalog description
Provides an overview of the management consulting profession and practice with a subsequent emphasis on the issues consultants face in delivering client solutions. A focus is placed on developing proficiencies in a range of skills required to manage client interactions, assess problems, and present credible solutions. The course is delivered with a combination of academic and experiential elements that includes tests, oral presentations, and live cases. <i>IMC</i>
