Internat Business Internship

Catalog description

To augment classroom learning with practical field experience, internships are arranged in area companies and state, federal, or international organizations. Periodically, students meet with the instructor in groups or individually. Students engage in weekly blog posts/responses and discussion boards and complete monthly reflections, including a final paper. A minimum of 150 hours of internship in the host organization is required. <i>A journal of activities and a final report are required. Written or electronic permission of the department chair.</i>
