Catalog description

Students may engage in an in-depth exploration of a topic associated with forensic or criminal investigation, with a sponsor/mentor. A preliminary paper outlining the nature and scope of the problem, experimental procedures, and associated literature is required. Progress reports and a final research paper are required. Students should secure a sponsor/mentor the semester prior to enrollment. <i>Written or electronic permission of a sponsoring faculty member and program director or director of program operations. May be repeated once for degree credit.</i>
