Catalog description

Examines the fundamentals of real estate finance and development from both legal and managerial perspectives, with a focus on residential and commercial transactions. Topics include land acquisition, deeds, tax consequences, property titling, zoning and restrictive covenants, environmental compliance, sustainability, foreclosure, disposition of property, and recent legal developments. <i>Same course as REE335.</i>
