Catalog description

Evaluates both unimproved land development and the rehabilitation of existing land. The course examines various real estate product types, including office buildings, retail spaces, single-family and multi-family residential properties, mixed-use developments, and specialty projects such as assisted living facilities and entertainment venues. Topics include market analysis, site acquisition, due diligence, zoning, entitlements, approvals, site planning, building design, construction, financing, leasing, sustainability, and ongoing management and disposition.<i> Same course as REE 225.</i>
