Over the course of the academic year, students engage in active learning around the ELMBA program's central question: How do competent, credible, confident emerging leaders contribute to sustainable value creation for all stakeholders? Academic topics include sustainability, leadership, and critical thinking. Activities include networking opportunities, panel discussions, and site visits to local businesses. <i>May be repeated once for degree credit. Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory</i>
