Catalog description

Laboratory course that accompanies and enhances the learning objectives of EG331. Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's laws, equivalent circuits, and linear analysis theorems/techniques are reinforced by building and testing physical circuits. The transient response and steady-state response of fundamental first- and second-order circuits are measured and explored. Use of common electrical laboratory equipment, laboratory safety protocols, error analysis, and technical writing are also addressed.
