Media Training

Catalog description

Teaches professional skills for effective self-presentation in any communication medium. Students learn how to develop and deliver clear messages; represent organizations during media interviews; pitch and build relationships with TV, audio, and print media professionals; and recognize their personal strengths as spokespeople. A significant portion of the course requires students to act as and train spokespeople in various scenario-based exercises.
