Catalog description

This practicum course guides the student toward a synthesis of content from nursing and related sciences and the application of this knowledge to the advanced practice role of Nurse Practitioner in primary care. During each practicum, the student will care for patients progressing in complexity from health promotion and disease prevention to assessment and management of the most common acute, chronic, and complex health problems.
