Catalog description

This course emphasizes the importance of legal compliance and ethics to the mission of the corporation and the business entrepreneur. Students will write a paper undertaking a legal case study of losses sustained by actual business (in reputation or otherwise) from acting in an unethical or illegal manner. The role of the corporation and the business leader in society is examined.
