Sex Trafficking

Catalog description

This seminar will explore sex trafficking as a structural problem of intersectional inequality and sexualized violence. This class will combine theory with a comprehensive overview of legal doctrine in areas of substantive criminal law and procedure. Students will also read several articles addressing intersectional feminism and critical race theory approaches to law, hierarchy, and vulnerability.
