The course follows a multi-party commercial development project through acquisition, financing and leasing. The course highlights the purchase and sale contract, easements, zoning and environmental regulations and closing; the loan process and financing issues; as well as leasing. The course also addresses the role of the lawyer in real estate transactions and the broad issues involved in modern real estate practice.
