Advanced Legal Research: Special Topics

Catalog description

This course is designed to help students learn how to perform legal research in specialized areas of law. The course will introduce students to statutes, legislative history, case law, regulations, state law, international law, and/or treatises and other secondary sources. The course will also help student learn and develop research strategies and techniques.
