This course equips students with essential management and leadership skills tailored for pastoral and nonprofit settings. Topics include project financing, budgeting, fundraising, grant writing, safeguarding policies, team building, volunteer management, and meeting coordination. Emphasizing an entrepreneurial approach, students will explore innovative strategies for developing, executing, and sustaining pastoral projects and initiatives that meet community needs. The course fosters a balance between practical skills and visionary leadership, preparing students to manage resources effectively while fostering a mission-driven, entrepreneurial spirit within faith-based and nonprofit settings.
