Writing Workshop in Rome, Italy

Catalog description

Immersed in the city of Rome for 14 days, students will use historical and cultural site visits to inspire their daily research and writing sessions. Students will engage in the exploration of our rich Jesuit tradition by studying a brief history of St. Ignatius and the city of Rome and by examining basic Jesuit ideals and principles while using their reflections to support their daily writing sessions. This course is a graduate level course for graduate thesis, comprehensive exams, capstones, and dissertation writers. Academic projects may be completed during this course. This course is a one-credit hour self-guided writing course. This course is open to LUC graduate students and visiting students, Alumni, and faculty who are currently engaged in professional and academic writing and research.
